CAF Loan Request definition

CAF Loan Request each request by the Company for CAF Loan Banks to submit bids to make CAF Loans, which shall contain the information in respect of such requested CAF Loans specified in Exhibit D and shall be delivered to the CAF Loan Agent in writing or by facsimile transmission, or by telephone, immediately confirmed by facsimile transmission.

  • Each CAF Loan Request may solicit bids for CAF Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and for not more than three alternative maturity dates for such CAF Loans.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Bid Loan Lender means, in respect of any Bid Loan, the Lender making such Bid Loan to the Borrower.

  • Notice of Loan Prepayment means a notice of prepayment with respect to a Loan, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.05 or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Term Loan Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by a Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.

  • Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

  • Notice of Swingline Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
