Cafeteria Services definition

Cafeteria Services means the Cafeteria Services, Catering Services and any other revenue generating activities to be conducted by Lessee at the Premises pursuant to this agreement.
Cafeteria Services means those services described on Exhibit A attached to the Agreement and incorporated therein by this reference. The Corporation shall be entitled to change or discontinue any such Services, in its sole discretion, at any time upon sixty (60) days' prior notice to the Licensee.

  • Scope of the job is to provide Cafeteria Services round the clock throughout the year in HPCL Rajasthan Refinery (HRRL) including provision of manpower.

  • For all such purchases, in order to provide Cafeteria Services at the lowest possible costs, Host shall engage in competitive specification purchasing.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.
