CAGR TSR definition

CAGR TSR means the compound annual growth rate of TSR during the Performance Period, expressed as a percentage, calculated as follows. ((1 + TSR) ^ (1 / 5)) - 1
CAGR TSR means the compound annual growth rate TSR during the Performance Period, expressed as a percentage, calculated as follows:
CAGR TSR means the compound annual growth rate TSR during the Performance Period, expressed as a percentage, calculated as follows: ((1 + TSR Percentage) ^ (1 / Performance Period in years*))—1

Examples of CAGR TSR in a sentence

  • For purposes of the Agreement, the Performance Goal is the CAGR TSR Goal.
