CAISO Agreements definition

CAISO Agreements means the electric tariff at any time filed with FERC by the CAISO (or any successor System Operator) and any other applicable CAISO (or any successor System Operator) agreements, tariffs, manuals, protocols or rules setting forth the rights and obligations of Persons with respect to the CAISO (or any successor System Operator) controlled grid, or any successor electric tariff at any time filed with FERC setting forth the rights and obligations of Persons with respect to SDG&E’s transmission system.
CAISO Agreements means the electric tariff at any time filed with FERC by the CAISO and any other applicable CAISO agreements, tariffs, manuals, protocols or rules setting forth the rights and obligations of Persons with respect to the CAISO controlled grid, or any successor electric tariff at any time filed with FERC setting forth the rights and obligations of Persons with respect to SDG&E’s transmission system.
CAISO Agreements means XXXXX Xxxxxx, CAISO Business Practice Manuals and any other applicable CAISO bylaws, procedures, rules, manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

  • Pursuant to the CAISO Agreements (as defined below), CAISO assumed operational control of the Project upon its completion.

  • Service Agreements means the agreements in the agreed form to be entered into between the Company and each of the Founders;

  • Services Agreements means the Outsourcing Master Services Agreements between MBL and MGL dated November 15, 2007, and between the Non-Banking Holdco and MGL dated December 10, 2007, and any supplements or amendments thereto;

  • Project Agreements means collectively, this Concession Agreement, the Financing Documents, Construction Agreements and Operation & Maintenance Agreements, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and any other agreements or contract that may be entered into by the Concessionaire with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Management Services Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Investments Corp. and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto and (ii) the Management Services Agreement, dated as August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Energy Australia Pty Ltd and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto, in each case, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time so long as the amended, modified or new arrangements, taken as a whole at the time such arrangements are entered into, are not materially less favorable to the Main Issuer and its Subsidiaries than those in effect on the Issue Date.

  • Settlement Agreements means any settlement reached in the U.S. Litigation with any of the Settling Defendants.

  • Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Existing Agreements has the meaning as set forth in Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Collective Agreements means all collective bargaining agreements or union agreements applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and all related letters, memoranda of understanding or other written communication with bargaining agents for any Company Employees applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries which impose obligations upon the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.
