CAISO Tariff definition

CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.
CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Agreement and Tariff, Business Practice Manuals (BPMs), and Operating Procedures, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time-to-time and approved by FERC.
CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • Buyer (as the Facility’s SC) shall submit Schedules to the CAISO in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable CAISO Tariff, protocols and Scheduling practices for Product on a day-ahead, hour-ahead, fifteen-minute market or real time basis, as determined by Buyer.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation, Fifth Replacement FERC Electric Tariff (Open Access Transmission Tariff), as it may be amended, supplemented or replaced (in whole or in part) from time to time.
