NYISO Tariffs definition

NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.
NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO’s Open Access Transmission Tariff or the NYISO’s Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff, as applicable, as such tariffs are modified from time to time, or any successor to such tariffs.
NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Services Tariff and any successors thereto.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs.

  • Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practicable as per each Party’s requirements related to the mitigation of an Emergency, in applicable policies and procedures imposed by NERC, NPCC, or (for the NYISO) the NYSRC, or contained in the ISO-NE Tariff and NYISO Tariffs.

  • PJM Tariffs means the PJM OATT and the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, collectively.

  • NYSRC Reliability Rules means the rules applicable to the operation of the New York Transmission System. These rules are based on Reliability Standards adopted by NERC and NPCC, but also include more specific and more stringent rules to reflect the particular requirements of the New York Transmission System.

  • NERC means the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
