Calculation and Payment Report definition
Calculation and Payment Report means the report substantially in the form as set out in Schedule 5Part 3 of Schedule 5 (Purchase Price).
Calculation and Payment Report means the report for each relevant Currency, substantially in the form of Schedule 18 (Calculation and Payment Report).
