If the Administrative Agent decides to so prepare and deliver the Calculation Date Report and Payment Instructions and instructs the Securities Intermediary to distribute the Available Amount in accordance with Section 5.2(b) or Section 5.2(c), the Administrative Agent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Borrower with reasonably concurrent notice thereof.
