Examples of Calculation Date Report in a sentence

  • If the Administrative Agent decides to so prepare and deliver the Calculation Date Report and Payment Instructions and instructs the Securities Intermediary to distribute such amounts in accordance with this Section 2.17, the Administrative Agent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Borrower with reasonably concurrent notice thereof.

  • Payment Date Report has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(b).
