Call-back Verification Procedure definition
Call-back Verification Procedure means a conversation with the Third Party purporting to be an Employee, Client, customer, vendor or business affiliate to verify the identity of the same and the authenticity of the communication from such Third Party. The Insured shall use the telephone number that was provided to the Insured by the Client, customer, vendor or business affiliate when the written agreement or other arrangement was first established with the Insured (or a previously verified replacement telephone number) and must record, log, or otherwise document such Call-back Verification Procedure.
