Call Centre Hours definition

Call Centre Hours means the time from 9h00 to 17h00 on a Business Day, or any extended time period that we decide;
Call Centre Hours means from 08h00 to 02h00 the following day from a Monday to a Friday; from 14h00 on a Friday to 02h00 on the following day (Saturday); and from 16h00 on a Saturday to 02h00 on the following day (Sunday) as well as public holidays;
Call Centre Hours means from 8h00 (am) to 2h00 (am) the following day from a Monday to a Friday, from 14h00 (pm) to 2h00 (am) the following day on a Saturday and from 16h00 (pm) to 2h00 (am) the following day on a Sunday and on public holidays;

  • Call Centre means a dedicated centre that has the purpose of receiving and transmitting telephone calls in relation to customer service operations of the retailer or distributor, as relevant, and consists of call centre staff and 1 or more information technology and communications systems designed to handle customer service calls and record call centre performance information.

Contract Notification means a document issued by the Department via the SVTS that either provides specific information or advice about aspects of this Contract or formally notifies the Training Provider of a variation to this Contract. Control means, with regard to an entity:

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Passenger compartment means the space for occupant accommodation, bounded by the roof, floor, side walls, doors, outside glazing and front bulkhead and the plane of the rear compartment bulkhead or the plane of the rear-seat back support.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Control Centre means the central facility of the Cycle Sharing System used mainly for service monitoring, operations control, and customer service. It is the location for collecting, storing, consolidating, processing the information obtained from various elements of the Cycle Sharing System as well as from users, agents, employees, and service providers.

  • Hours means clock hours.
