  • If such disclosure is authorized under this Agreement, before Call Detail Information may be disclosed to the Verizon customer/Subscriber, SubVAD must verify the identity of the Verizon customer/Subscriber in accordance with FCC rules on the safeguarding of call detail (see FCC 07-22, Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, CC Docket No. 96-115), and confidential guidelines that will be provided to SubVAD in a secure manner.

  • Call Detail Information generally includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of information where Verizon currently records such data in the ordinary course of its business: (i) completed calls, including 8YY calls and alternately billed calls; (ii) calls to directory assistance; and (iii) calls to and completed by Operator Services where Verizon provides such service to an AT&T Customer.

  • In the event of an unauthorized disclosure of Personal Information, Customer Proprietary Network Information or Call Detail Information in violation of the foregoing, Supplier shall provide notice of same by e-mail to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ within forty-eight (48) hours, and to the contract notice addressee set forth in Section 25 (Notices) by the means set forth therein.
