Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.

General Manager of Railway means the officer - in-charge of the General Superintendence and Control of the Railway and shall mean and include their successors, of the successor Railway;

Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.
