The Supplier shall have an ongoing obligation throughout the Call Off Contract Period to identify new or potential improvements to the provision of the Services in accordance with this Clause 11 with a view to reducing the Customer’s costs (including the Call Off Contract Charges) and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services and their supply to the Customer.
