CALL ON SHARES definition
CALL ON SHARES where any capital in respect of any such capital or shares of the Chargors is outstanding and uncalled, to require the directors of the Chargors forthwith to call up all or so much of such uncalled capital of the Chargors, and to enforce payment of calls so made and any previous unpaid calls by taking proceedings in the name of the Chargors or his own name or otherwise as may seem expedient and as may be sufficient to pay to the Chargees all monies then due and owing hereunder;
