When we book your repair, we will ask to pre-authorise your debit or credit card for any Call Out Fee to the repair.
The Call Out Fee you have agreed to pay when you report a fault to us will be shown on your Statement.
We will however invoice you for the Call Out Fee and any other charges if the repair or replacement was outside your Annual Boiler Service after we have completed the work.
