Call Premium Period definition

Call Premium Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Draw Down Pricing Period means a period of twenty-two (22) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the date specified in the Draw Down Notice (as defined in Section 5.1(f) herein); provided, however, the Draw Down Pricing Period shall not begin before the day on which receipt of such notice is confirmed by the Purchaser.

  • extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;

  • Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 14 July 2021 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.
