Failure to Record or Retain Call Recordings: Failure to record, retain a recording, or make available a recording of incoming or outgoing calls for quality assurance purposes: TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) per unrecorded or unavailable call up to a maximum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) per day for unavailable recordings of calls made or received in the same day.
Any Call Recordings are our sole and exclusive property and may be retained or destroyed by us in our sole discretion.
