Call Recordings. We may record and transcribe sales calls hosted on various videoconferencing technologies to enable our sales and support teams to share conversational insights, create training and presentations, and improve their internal processes. Other Content You Submit: We may also collect other content that you submit to our Services. For example: feedback, comments and blog posts, or when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, prize draws, activities or events. When you participate in interactive channels, we may collect and process information for demographic analysis. Such collection is not tied to any specific products, but may be collected through the Websites. Device Information and Identifiers: When you access and use our Services, we automatically collect information about your device, which may include: device type, your device operating system, browser type and version, language preference, IP address, hardware identifiers, and mobile IDs. This information may be collected through any use of the Services. Events Data: In addition to Services Usage Data, GitLab also uses event analytics, such as browsing duration, page clicks and page views, in a pseudonymized form to gain insights into end-to-end user behavior. This is collected for SaaS and Self-managed products.
Call Recordings means a data record produced by a telephone exchange or other telecommunications equipment that documents the details of a telephone call or other telecommunications transaction (e.g., text message) that passes through that facility or device

  • Such evidence includes, but is not limited to:  copies of Statutory and Non Statutory notices;  copies of inbound and outbound correspondence;  copies of Appeal Packs;  copies of financial transactions;  Call Recordings; and  any other data held that is relevant to the legal claim.

  • TransUnion shall retain the Call Recordings for the duration of this Service Schedule save where the Client requests earlier deletion of the Customer personal data, subject to the Client giving TransUnion no less than 15 days written notice.

  • It is Advertiser’s obligation to police the Call Recordings and cause any information of a sensitive nature to be deleted.

  • Failure to Record or Retain Call Recordings: Failure to record, retain a recording, or make available a recording of incoming or outgoing calls for quality assurance purposes: TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) per unrecorded or unavailable call up to a maximum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) per day for unavailable recordings of calls made or received in the same day.

  • Any Call Recordings are our sole and exclusive property and may be retained or destroyed by us in our sole discretion.

Related to Call Recordings

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Filings shall have the meaning specified in Section 6 of this Agreement.
