Issuer's Extraordinary Call Right: Upon the occurrence of a Call Event the Issuer may call the Securities extraordinarily by giving notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions and redeem the Securities at their Cancellation Amount.
In the case of such a call, the Exercise Date, at which the Issuer exercises its Regular Call Right (the "Call Date") is deemed to be the Valuation Date.

Upon surrender of any Certificate in connection with the Call Right, such Certificate shall be paid and redeemed by the holder of the Call Right at the Call Price.
