Call Option definition

Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.
Call Option. The right to terminate this Agreement and the Trust pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 10.01(a) hereof.
Call Option means the right, but not the obligation, of the option holder to buy a security from the seller of the option at a specified price at any time during a specified time period or at expiry.

Examples of Call Option in a sentence

  • In connection with the exercise of the Clean-Up Call Option, VWFS shall ensure that all amounts outstanding under the Notes and any obligations ranking pari passu with or senior to the Notes in the Order of Priority are discharged in full.

  • After the existing Accounts are closed, VWFS shall be entitled to the sums remaining in the Distribution Account and the Cash Collateral Account together with the interests accrued thereof, provided that these were not required in relation to the Clean-Up Call Option.

More Definitions of Call Option

Call Option means the Issuer's right to redeem outstanding Bonds in full in accordance with Clause 9.3 (Voluntary total redemption (call option)).
