Call Termination Service is a service provided by the Supplier in respect of Terminating Interconnected Calls from a relevant Point of Interconnection with the Acquirer’s Network to a Customer directly connected to the Supplier’s Network;

  • Ooredoo shall, pursuant to the National Fixed Call Termination Service, convey to their respective destinations number, Calls handed over by the Access Seeker Network at a Point of Interconnection.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Call Termination Service by PMCL is not provided for termination of Calls to Third Party Networks.

  • The Access Provider shall not be obliged to provide the Call Termination Service to Geographic Numbers until the SIP Interconnection has been established, commissioned and tested.

  • The outcomes of these awards will be determined at the end of their three- year vesting periods.

  • Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.
