Call Termination Service definition

Call Termination Service is a service provided by the Supplier in respect of Terminating Interconnected Calls from a relevant Point of Interconnection with the Acquirer’s Network to a Customer directly connected to the Supplier’s Network;
Call Termination Service means service provided by a Party in respect of Terminating Interconnected Calls from a relevant Point of Interconnection;
Call Termination Service means: (i) the acceptance of all calls handed over from the iBoom network originating in that network to the FSMTC network at the Point of Interconnection for which the FSMTC geographic number or the FSMTC mobile number is provided, and delivery or offer of delivery of each such call to the designated destination in respect of that call (at no lesser quality than FSMTC provides to its own customers); and (ii) the acceptance of all calls handed over from the FSMTC network originating in that network to the iBoom! network at the Point of Interconnection for which the iBoom! geographic or the iBoom! mobile number is provided and delivery or offer of delivery of each such call to the designated destination in respect of that call (at no lesser quality than iBoom! provides to its own customers);

Examples of Call Termination Service in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Call Termination Service by PMCL is not provided for termination of Calls to Third Party Networks.

  • The Access Provider shall not be obliged to provide the Call Termination Service to Geographic Numbers until the SIP Interconnection has been established, commissioned and tested.

  • This Usage Charge when combined with Incoming International Call Termination Service on PLMN for a Third Party Mobile Telecom Provider gives the rate payable by Service Taker to Service Supplier for Calls conveyed pursuant to the Incoming International Call Termination Service on PLMN for international calls carried by a licensed international 3rd party carrier terminating on the mobile network of a Third Party Telecom Provider.
