Campaign Description. (sometimes known as “Programme Description”) means the key parameters of a Campaign, which may include, without limitation, a description of Advertiser's company, commission rates, cookie period, specific terms and conditions and other relevant information;

  • No later than April 30, 2022 Task 4: Education and Outreach Plan and Engagement Campaign Description: Contractor will create, implement, and assess a water quality improvement and community engagement campaign in parallel with Plan development.

  • The Platform will be linked to one or more of Client’s Facebook and/or Twitter advertising accounts as described in a Campaign Description, and will manage all ad operations within these accounts.

  • Any written representation or warranty not expressly contained in this Agreement or a Campaign Description is not authorized and is unenforceable.

  • In the case of a conflict between a Campaign Description and this Agreement, except as expressly provided in such Campaign Description, the terms of this Agreement will govern.
