Camping unit means an area intended and used for:
Camping trailer means every vehicle that has collapsible sides and contains sleeping quarters but
the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;
Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.
Modular building retailer means any person who purchases or acquires a modular building from a
Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑
Sewerage Undertaker means the Company appointed to be the sewerage undertaker under Section 6(1) of the 1991 Act for the area in which the property is or will be situated;
Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;
State Load Despatch Centre or ‘SLDC’ means the centre established by the State Government for purposes of exercising the powers and discharging the functions under Section 31 of the Act;
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
Camping means erecting a tent or shelter or arranging bedding, or both, for the purpose of, or in such a way as will permit overnight use.
Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.
Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:
Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.
Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming
Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.
Shopping credit means an amount deducted from the bill of an
Coastal high hazard area means a Special Flood Hazard Area extending from offshore to the inland limit of a primary frontal dune along an open coast and any other area subject to high velocity wave action from storms or seismic sources. The area is designated on a FIRM, or other adopted flood map as determined in Article 3, Section B of this ordinance, as Zone VE.
Gaming device means any equipment or mechanical, electromechanical, or
Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
Nontransient noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least the same 25 persons over 6 months per year.
Private Open Space means land that is privately owned and used for practising of sport, play- or leisure facilities or used as a botanical garden, cemetery or nature area.
Gaming Facility means any gaming or parimutuel wagering establishment and other property or assets directly ancillary thereto or directly used in connection therewith, including any building, restaurant, hotel, theater, parking facilities, retail shops, land, and other recreation and entertainment facilities and equipment, owned or operated by the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.
Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM. A Remote Terminal may contain active electronics such as digital loop carriers, fiber hubs, DSLAMs, etc.
