The parties agree that eligible employees will be given a designated shift to observe as a general holiday and non- working day for each of the following days: New Year's Day; Good Friday; Victoria Day; Canada Day; Labour Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; Boxing Day; Civic Day; In addition to the above, a floating general holiday will be granted to all employees who are eligible as of January of that year.
