Canadian Allocated Total Commitment definition

Canadian Allocated Total Commitment means the aggregate amount of the US Commitments allocated by US Borrower from time to time as the Canadian Allocated Total Commitment pursuant to Section 2.1(b), not to exceed the Canadian Allocated Maximum Total Commitment.

  • The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Banks or their Canadian branches or Affiliates with Canadian Allocated Commitments of any such notice of allocation or reallocation of the Commitments and the amount of their respective Canadian Allocated Commitments, and shall notify all Banks of the Commitments and Canadian Allocated Total Commitment upon the effectiveness of such allocation or reallocation.
