Canadian LC Documents means all documents, instruments and agreements delivered by a Canadian Borrower or any other Person to a Canadian Issuing Bank or the Administrative Agent in connection with any Canadian Letter of Credit.

Canadian LC Documents all documents, instruments and agreements (including Canadian LC Applications) required to be delivered by any Canadian Borrower or by any other Person to a Canadian Fronting Bank or Agent in connection with issuance, amendment or renewal of, or payment under, any Canadian Letter of Credit.

Canadian LC Documents means, with respect to any Canadian Letter of Credit, such Canadian Letter of Credit, any amendments thereto, any documents delivered in connection therewith, any application therefor and any agreements, instruments, guaranties or other documents (whether general in application or applicable only to such Canadian Letter of Credit) governing or providing for (i) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk or (ii) any collateral security for such obligations.

  • No Canadian Fronting Bank shall have any liability to any Multicurrency Facility Lender if such Canadian Fronting Bank refrains from any action under any Canadian Letter of Credit or Canadian LC Documents until it receives written instructions from Required Multicurrency Facility Lenders to act and fails to so act.

  • Canadian Issuing Bank does not assume any responsibility for any failure or delay in performance or any breach by Canadian Borrower or other Person of any obligations under any Canadian LC Documents.
