Canadian Offering definition

Canadian Offering means that portion of the Offering constituting a distribution of the Common Shares within Canada pursuant to this prospectus;
Canadian Offering has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a)(1) hereof.
Canadian Offering means a Demand Offering or Treasury Offering that is the subject of a Secondary Registration that is to be effected in one or more of the Reporting Jurisdictions.

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Multicurrency Letters of Credit means Letters of Credit that utilize the Multicurrency Commitments.

  • New Revolving Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Canadian Prime Rate Loans means any Canadian Dollar Revolving Loan during the period which it bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Canadian Prime Rate.

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, New Zealand Dollars and Australian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.
