Canadian Office means, relative to any Canadian Lender, the office of such Canadian Lender designated as such on Schedule 14.3 hereto or designated in an Assignment Agreement or such other office of a Canadian Lender (or any successor or assign of such Lender) within Canada as may be designated from time to time by notice from such Canadian Lender, as the case may be, to the Administrative Agent.
