U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Licensed Territory means worldwide.
Relevant Territory means Hong Kong or such other territory as the Directors may from time to time decide if the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is listed on a stock exchange in such territory;
customs territory means the territory of the country of each Contracting Party in which the Customs laws of that country are in force;
Union territory means the territory of—
Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use:
(A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or
(B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
Sales territory means an area of exclusive sales responsibility for the brand or brands of beer sold by a supplier as designated by an agreement.
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.
Licensed Field means [***].
Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.
Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.
Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;
Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.
Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.
Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals (including MAA Approval, and Pricing and Reimbursement Approval, if applicable), licenses, registrations, permits, notifications and authorizations (or waivers) of any Regulatory Authority that are necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, transport, promotion, marketing, distribution, offer for sale, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
Geographic Territory means the United States of America, including all of its territories and possessions, unless otherwise specified.
Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and
Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.
cosmetic product means any substance or mixture intended to be placed in contact with the external parts of the human body (epi dermis, hair system, nails, lips and external genital organs) or with the teeth and the mucous membranes of the oral cavity with a view exclusively or mainly to cleaning them, perfuming them, changing their appearance, protecting them, keeping them in good condition or correcting body odours;
