Cancellation Confirmation definition
Cancellation Confirmation means a confirmation sent to the Auction Participant by AEMO in accordance with clause 14.2 of the auction rules.
Cancellation Confirmation has the meaning given to the term in Section 2.4(a). “Carta” has the meaning given to the term in Section 2.4(a).
Examples of Cancellation Confirmation in a sentence
Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Company agrees to retrieve all Cards and related Program materials from Cardholders, cut such Cards in half, return the Cards and related Program materials to WaFd, and/or provide a Card Cancellation Confirmation with respect to such Cards and related Program materials.
Recipient remains fully liable for all terms under this Agreement unless a Cancellation Confirmation has been received and the instrument is in physical possession of Gift of Music.
