Cancellation for Cause definition

Cancellation for Cause means membership cancellation by City due to any of the following:
Cancellation for Cause. Either party may cancel this agreement in the event the other party is in default of any of the material provisions of this agreement, and such default is not cured within thirty (30) days of receipt by such other party of written notice from the party giving notice specifying the nature of such default and corrective action that may be taken, if any. Examples of Cancellation for Cause in a sentence

  • Cancellation for Cause by TAMU-CC: TAMU-CC may cancel this Agreement for cause, such as if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, fails on request to demonstrate in a manner acceptable to TAMU-CC that Licensee is willing and able to perform adequately all required duties and responsibilities related to the Event, or if any other similar cause occurs that justifies cancellation, in the discretion of TAMU-CC.

  • Other than as set forth in Section 15 (Cancellation for Convenience) and Section 16 (Cancellation for Cause), Insulet shall be financially responsible for materials or components in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon Supply Chain Profiles and in accordance with Section 8 below.

  • If a Cancellation for Cause occurs in 2013, this Agreement will automatically be extended to 2014 unless otherwise stated by USAT.

  • Defective machines may be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty or returned for credit at the discretion of ▇▇▇ or the manufacturer.

  • Insulet’s financial responsibility under this Section 8 shall not apply to materials or components that are otherwise covered under Section 15(a) below due to a Cancellation for Convenience, or that are otherwise covered under Section 16(b) below due to a Cancellation for Cause.
