Cancellation Minutes definition

Cancellation Minutes means, in relation to a Cancelled Stop, the number of Cancellation Minutes specified in Column H of Appendix 1 for the Service Group which includes that Train;
Cancellation Minutes shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8; "Cap" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;
Cancellation Minutes means, in relation to a Cancelled Train, the number of Cancellation Minutes specified in column F of the table at Schedule 6 to the Contract for Trains of its Traffic Type;

  • Within five Working Days after the end of each Charging Period, the CVL IM shall provide the Train Operator with a statement (the “TOC Performance Statement”): showing the Minutes Delay and TPT Cancellation Minutes for that Charging Period; and showing the amount payable by the Train Operator to the CVL IM under this Schedule in respect of the Charging Period.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
