CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION. If you are dissatisfied with the Overture Marketplace or with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your account. You may cancel your participation in the Overture Marketplace at any time by sending a message to clientservices@Overture.   • SHOULD YOUR ADVANCE PAYMENT EXCEED YOUR ACTUAL INVOICE THEN ANY SURPLUS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE OFFSET AGAINST SUBSEQUENT INVOICES, SHOULD THERE BE NO FURTHER INVOICES AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT IN DEBIT THEN WE WILL REFUND TO YOU ANY SURPLUS AFTER DEDUCTING ANY CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION CHARGES.
