Cancellation Sum definition

Cancellation Sum means the Cancellation Sum specified in Appendix 1 to Schedule 8, as adjusted under paragraph 2.7.2 of Schedule 7;

  • Cancellation means an end to the Contract affected pursuant to a right which the Contract creates due to a Breach.
