Cancellations Benchmark definition

Cancellations Benchmark means any of the performance levels in respect of Cancellations and Partial Cancellations set out in the Cancellations Benchmark Table;

Examples of Cancellations Benchmark in a sentence

  • So for example if prior to such exercise the Franchisee would have been entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of £100 for a particular level of performance against the Annual Cancellations Benchmark and after such exercise the Franchisee would only be entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of £50 for achieving the same level of performance, no adjustment shall be made to the Baseline Inputs to reflect this.

  • For example if prior to such exercise the Franchisee would have been entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of one hundred pounds (£100) for a particular level of performance against the Annual Cancellations Benchmark and after such exercise the Franchisee would only be entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of fifty pounds (£50) for achieving the same level of performance, no adjustment shall be made to the Financial Model to reflect this.

  • Where the Secretary of State exercises his right pursuant to this paragraph 1.11, the relevant Cancellations Benchmark Table, Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table, TOC Minute Delay Benchmark Table and/or Annual TOC Minute Delay Benchmark Table, shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
