Cancellations Benchmark means any of the performance levels in respect of Cancellations and Partial Cancellations set out in the Cancellations Benchmark Table; "Cancellations Benchmark Table" means the table set out in Appendix 5 (Cancellations Benchmark Table) to the Franchise Specific Agreement; "Capacity Benchmark" means any of the performance levels in respect of the capacity operated in delivering the Passenger Services set out in the Capacity Benchmark Table; "Capacity Benchmark Table" means the table set out in Appendix 6 (Capacity Benchmark Table) to the Franchise Specific Agreement; "Capital Expenditure" has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.4 of Schedule 19 (Other Provisions); “Cash Commuter Fare” means any unrestricted single Fare and unrestricted Return Fare between any London Station and any other London Station where the Passenger Services call; "Certificate ofCommencement" means the certificate to be issued by the Secretary of State pursuant to the Conditions Precedent Agreement; "Change" means if and whenever any of the following occurs:

Examples of Cancellations Benchmark in a sentence

  • So for example if prior to such exercise the Franchisee would have been entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of £100 for a particular level of performance against the Annual Cancellations Benchmark and after such exercise the Franchisee would only be entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of £50 for achieving the same level of performance, no adjustment shall be made to the Baseline Inputs to reflect this.

  • For example if prior to such exercise the Franchisee would have been entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of one hundred pounds (£100) for a particular level of performance against the Annual Cancellations Benchmark and after such exercise the Franchisee would only be entitled to receive a Cancellations Performance Sum of fifty pounds (£50) for achieving the same level of performance, no adjustment shall be made to the Financial Model to reflect this.

  • Where the Secretary of State exercises his right pursuant to this paragraph 1.11, the relevant Cancellations Benchmark Table, Annual Cancellations Benchmark Table, TOC Minute Delay Benchmark Table and/or Annual TOC Minute Delay Benchmark Table, shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
