Cancelled from Outset definition

Cancelled from Outset a Policy is deemed to be cancelled from outset if: (a) it never goes on Risk; or (b) it is discontinued as a result of: (i) having been mis-sold; or (ii) the Customer cancelling the Policy during any cooling-off period; or (c) if, for any other reason, the Customer does not pay the first premium or instalment on the Policy;
