Cap Period Extension definition

Cap Period Extension has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.13(c).

Examples of Cap Period Extension in a sentence

  • An Existing Investor shall have no obligations under this Section 7.13(c) for Excess G&A Obligations during any Cap Period Extension to the extent that such Existing Investor did not own Common Units or Subordinated Units immediately prior to the Cap Period Extension.
