Capacity Availability definition

Capacity Availability means, for each Settlement Interval during a Put Delivery Period, the lesser of the following for each Storage Unit: the Available Storage Capacity; the Available Charging Capacity; or
Capacity Availability means, for each Settlement Interval during a Put Delivery Period (i) a Generating Unit’s Available Capacity, if the Generating Unit operates within the Performance Tolerance Band, or (ii) a Generating Unit’s Available Capacity, less the product of (x) the difference between (a) Scheduled Energy and (b) Qualifying Delivered Energy, and (y) the number of Settlement Intervals in one hour, if such Generating Unit operates below the Performance Tolerance Band Lower Limit; provided, if Scheduled Energy exceeds Contract Capacity Energy in a Settlement Interval, then, for the purpose of calculating Capacity Availability under this definition (including the determination of the Performance Tolerance Band), Scheduled Energy shall be deemed to equal Contract Capacity Energy for that Settlement Interval. In no event shall the Capacity Availability be less than zero (0) MW or greater than GU Contract Capacity.
Capacity Availability means, for each Settlement Interval during the Delivery Period, the lesser of the following for the Project: the Available Storage Capacity; or the Available Charging Capacity; or In no event shall the Capacity Availability be less than zero (0) MW or greater than SU Contract Capacity.

More Definitions of Capacity Availability

Capacity Availability means, for each Settlement Interval (i) the Generating Unit’s Available Capacity (as set forth in the applicable Availability Notice), if the Generating Unit is not dispatched or operates above the Performance Tolerance Band Lower Limit, or (ii) the Generating Unit’s Available Capacity, less the product of (x) the difference between (a) Scheduled Energy minus (b) Qualifying Delivered Energy, and (y) the number of Settlement Intervals in one hour, if the Generating Unit operates below the Performance Tolerance Band Lower Limit. In no event shall the Capacity Availability be less than zero (0) MW or greater than Contract Capacity for the Generating Unit.

  • System Availability for each System is calculated as follows:

  • Average Daily Availability means the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Maximum Availability means, as of any date of determination, the difference of (i) the Facility Amount minus (ii) the balance of all unfunded Advances approved but not yet funded minus (iii) the Aggregate Unfunded Amount plus (iv) all amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account, each as of such date of determination.

  • Average Availability means, at any Adjustment Date, the average daily Availability for the fiscal quarter immediately preceding such Adjustment Date.

  • Borrowing Base Availability as of any date, the lesser of (a) the Commitments minus the Outstanding Amount and (b) the excess, if positive, of the Borrowing Base calculated in the most recently delivered Borrowing Base Certificate minus the Borrowing Base Debt on such date.

  • Excess Availability means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to Availability minus the aggregate amount, if any, of all trade payables of Borrower and its Subsidiaries aged in excess of historical levels with respect thereto and all book overdrafts of Borrower and its Subsidiaries in excess of historical practices with respect thereto, in each case as determined by Agent in its Permitted Discretion.

  • Availability Block means $15,000,000.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Quarterly Average Excess Availability means, at any time, the daily average of the Excess Availability for the immediately preceding fiscal quarter as calculated by Agent in good faith.

  • Undrawn Availability at a particular date shall mean an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the Formula Amount, or (ii) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount, minus the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all Letters of Credit, minus (b) the sum of (i) the outstanding amount of Revolving Advances, plus (ii) amounts due and owing to any Borrower’s trade creditors which are outstanding sixty (60) days or more past the due date thereof.

  • Availability Amount is (a) the lesser of (i) the Revolving Line or (ii) the amount available under the Borrowing Base minus (b) the outstanding principal balance of any Advances.

  • Borrowing Availability means as of any date of determination the lesser of (i) the Maximum Amount and (ii) the Borrowing Base, in each case, less the sum of the Revolving Loan and Swing Line Loan then outstanding.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Capacity Export Transmission Customer means a customer taking point to point transmission service under Tariff, Part II to export capacity from a generation resource located in the PJM Region that has qualified for an exception to the RPM must-offer requirement as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.6(g).

  • Average Excess Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Excess Availability for each Business Day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective Business Day) divided by the number of Business Days in such period.

  • Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Swing Line Availability has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(i).

  • Revolving Availability means, at the time of determination, (a) the sum of all Revolving Commitments at such time less (b) the sum of the principal amount of Revolving Loans made and outstanding at such time.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Ramping Capability means the sustained rate of change of generator output, in megawatts per minute.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.
