Capacity information definition

Capacity information means information as to whether the relevant individual is: solely liable for the credit; jointly liable for the credit; or the guarantor in respect of the credit.

Examples of Capacity information in a sentence

  • For all non-Residential Customers, (1) Sellers will provide the Default Adjustment Values (DAVs) monthly (with Demonstrated Capacity information); and, (2) Sellers will ensure that CAISO wholesale market bids reflect portfolio amounts prior to de-rating.

  • On each Business Day of the Delivery Period, Buyer shall make available to Seller, on a reasonable efforts basis, the Energy and Capacity information related to Seller’s obligations under this Agreement that Buyer provides to PJM daily at the time Buyer provides this information per PJM scheduling deadlines.

Related to Capacity information

  • Safety Information means (a) any Adverse Event, including any Adverse Event related to a quality defect or received through a medical information inquiry, or (b) any Adverse Event related to a report of falsified or counterfeit medicinal product or (c) any of the following with or without an associated Adverse Event:

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Company Information As defined in Section 4(a)(i).

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Authority Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know How, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority and/or Other Contracting Bodies, including all IPR, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked “confidential”) or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;
