Capacity Test(s) definition

Capacity Test(s) means tests of the Storage Installation within the framework of a test program, in accordance with attachment D1 of the ACS.

Capacity Test(s). SELLER shall conduct capacity tests twice a year, once during the summer (June through August) and once during the winter (December through February) periods, in accordance with procedures specified by PECO. The procedures shall be based on and consistent with the GREEN BOOK. PECO shall have the right to require additional tests to meet specific PECO needs that are not required by the GREEN BOOK. PECO shall pay all costs incurred by the SELLER for such additional tests. PECO shall be the sole judge of the tests required.

  • Any other costs of any Storage Facility Test, including costs for Charging Energy for subsequent Storage Contract Capacity Tests, shall be borne by Seller .

  • During the Services Term, Seller shall have the obligation to receive Buyer’s Gas and to use it exclusively for Scheduled Operations, Scheduled Start-Ups, Scheduled Shut-Downs, Seasonal Capacity Tests and Buyer’s Capacity Tests, as directed by Buyer, subject to Seller’s right to refuse delivery if Unit operations are precluded by an Outage.

More Definitions of Capacity Test(s)

Capacity Test(s). The tests are conducted to determine the neutralising capacities of the various reagents. The tests are conducted by the stepwise addition of aliquots of the neutralising reagent to a stirred beaker containing 3 litres of a 0.1 M H2SO4 solution. The pH of the solution is measured after each addition and plotted as a function of the reagent addition.

  • Acceptance Tests means such tests as may be conducted in accordance with Section 9.1 and a Statement of Work to determine whether the Software meets the requirements of this Contract and the Documentation.

  • Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.
