  • Except as set forth in an Order Form for Cloud Pay-­‐As-­‐You-­‐Go pricing (as defined in an Order Form), fees are due at the commencement of the Subscription Period: (i) for all Nodes where the Cloudera Products are installed; (ii) for capacity-­‐based licensing, for Your total Capacity Under Management for the Cloudera Products (whether used or not); and (iii) for Cloud Pre-­‐Pay Credits (as defined in an Order Form), for the total Cloud Pre-­‐Pay Credit amount.

More Definitions of Capacity Under Management

Capacity Under Management means the total Usable Capacity allocated to one or more Storage Volumes used by the Cloudera Products, measured in TB. This includes any storage used by Cloudera Products even if residing on a third-party storage system. For purposes of this definition, (a) “Usable Capacity” means the total amount of bytes available to be written after a system or device has been formatted for use, excluding storage space set aside for system use, RAID parity, over-provisioning (i.e., headroom for garbage collection) and similar, and (b) “Storage Volume” means a single accessible storage area within a single file system.
