CapEx Fee is defined in Section 2.1.
Examples of CapEx Fee in a sentence
The Borrower shall have paid the fees and expenses required to be paid as of or on the Effective Date by Section 9.1 of the Credit Agreement or any other provision of a Credit Document, including the CapEx Fee Letter.
Within 10 days after the end of each fiscal quarter after the Closing occurs, the Company shall pay in immediately available funds the CapEx Fee with respect to such fiscal quarter.
