Capital Call definition

Capital Call means a call upon all or any of the Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Unfunded Commitments.
Capital Call has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).
Capital Call means, for any Borrower, a call upon its Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Capital Commitments; “Capital Calls” means all such Capital Calls, collectively.

  • None of them shall be required to refer to the Constituent Documents of any Credit Party, or a Subscription Agreement or any Side Letter, or take any other action with respect to any other matter that might arise in connection with the Constituent Documents of any Credit Party, a Subscription Agreement, a Side Letter or any Capital Call.

  • None of them shall have any duty to inquire into the use, purpose, or reasons for the making of any Capital Call by any Credit Party or the Investment or use of the proceeds thereof.

  • As of the date hereof, the aggregate amount of the Capital Commitments of each such Investor is set forth on Exhibit A; and the aggregate Unfunded Capital Commitment that could be subject to a Capital Call is set forth on Exhibit A.

Capital Call has the meaning assigned that term in Section 4.04(a).
