Capital Call definition

Capital Call means a call upon all or any of the Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Unfunded Commitments.

Capital Call means, for any Borrower, a call upon its Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Capital Commitments; “Capital Calls” means all such Capital Calls, collectively.

Capital Call has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2(a).

• Curing an Event of Default by Investor Capital Call; Loan Limits to Liability 90 10.04.

• Each Borrower shall require that all Investors in such Borrower fund or cause to be funded to the Capital Contribution Account of the applicable Borrower all monies or sums paid or to be paid by any such Investor as Capital Contributions as and when Capital Contributions are called pursuant to the Capital Call Notices (or, if a Borrower receives such payments directly, to deposit such Capital Contributions promptly into the Capital Contribution Account of the applicable Borrower).

• None of them has any duty to inquire into the use, purpose, or reasons for the making of any Capital Call or with respect to the investment or the use of the proceeds thereof.

• All amounts due under this Section 12.06 shall be payable: (A) promptly (but not later than ten (10) Business Days after demand therefor), to the extent such funds are available in the Collateral Accounts; and (B) promptly (but in any event within twenty (20) Business Days of demand by Administrative Agent), to the extent that it is necessary for a Borrower to issue Capital Call Notices to fund such required payment.

• As of Amendment No. 4 Effective Date, there are no Capital Call Notices outstanding except as otherwise disclosed in writing to Administrative Agent.
