ONLY In the event the Limited Partnership is unable or unwilling to fund Additional Capital Contributions, the other partners of the USLP shall have the right to fund the Limited Partnership’s Additional Capital Contribution by way of loan or additional capital contribution to the USLP, which, in some circumstances, entitle the payor to certain preferred repayment terms as described in the USLP Limited Partnership Agreement.
