Examples of Additional Capital Contribution in a sentence
Additional Capital Contribution shall mean any contribution to the capital of the Company in cash, property, or services by a Member made subsequent to the Member’s initial Capital Contribution.
No Member shall be required to make an Additional Capital Contribution.
Charging Period the period beginning on the relevant Charging Date and ending the day before the next Charging Date Charging Rules rules made by the Authority regarding the Additional Capital Contribution or the Charges.
