Capital Call Confirmation Package means, with respect to any Collateral Shortfall, Mandatory Prepayment Event or Deleveraging Event, the following:
Capital Call Confirmation Package means a notice from the CDR Guarantor confirming that the CDR Guarantor has called capital from its limited partners in the aggregate amount specified therein (which shall be an amount not less than the relevant Required Call Amount), or otherwise has made arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for capital to be made available in such amounts as described therein, with the proceeds thereof to be funded no later than the end of the Capital Call Period following delivery of such capital call or other arrangements.
