Capital Coverage Amount Deficit definition
Capital Coverage Amount Deficit means, at any time, the amount, if any, by which (a) the Aggregate Capital at such time, exceeds (b) the Capital Coverage Amount at such time.
Capital Coverage Amount Deficit means, at any time of determination, the amount, if any, by which (a) the Aggregate Capital at such time, exceeds (b) the Capital Coverage Amount at such time, or, in each case, if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding Business Day.
Capital Coverage Amount Deficit means, at any time, the amount, if any, by which (a) the Aggregate Capital at such time, exceeds (b) the Capital Coverage Amount at such time. “Capital Tranche” means specified portions of Capital outstanding as follows:
