Capital Expenditure Financing definition
Capital Expenditure Financing. Indebtedness incurred to finance Capital Expenditures and secured solely by Liens on the property acquired, provided that the amount of any such Indebtedness shall not exceed the purchase price of the property acquired therewith.
Capital Expenditure Financing has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(c).
Capital Expenditure Financing means the financing of a Non-Financed Capital Expenditure within 180 days from the date such Non-Financed Capital Expenditure was made.
