Capital Expense Allowance definition
Capital Expense Allowance means, for any period, an amount equal to $0.33 per rentable square foot per month for all Properties for such period.
Examples of Capital Expense Allowance in a sentence
On the Effective Date, the Capital Expense Allowance shall be paid in addition to any amounts owing to Lessee under Section 3 of this First Amendment.
