Capital Grants definition

Capital Grants means the sum or sums of money provided by a grant making body to the grant recipient for items such as buildings, equipment, land or machinery; Code of Conduct means the Code of Conduct for Recipients of Government General Grants published by the Cabinet Office in November 2018 which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/754555/2018-11-06_Code_of_Conduct_for_Grant_Recipients.pdf, including any subsequent updates from time to time; Commencement Date means the date on which the Grant Funding Agreement comes into effect, being the [Insert commencement date];
