Capital Lease definition

Capital Lease means, with respect to any Person, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by such Person as lessee that, in accordance with GAAP, would be required to be classified and accounted for as a capital lease on a balance sheet of such Person.
Capital Lease means, at any time, a lease with respect to which the lessee is required concurrently to recognize the acquisition of an asset and the incurrence of a liability in accordance with GAAP.
Capital Lease means a lease that is required to be capitalized for financial reporting purposes in accordance with GAAP.

  • With the exception of a Capital Lease arrangement, or unless exercising the purchase option on an FMV Lease, Customer shall return the Equipment at the end of the initial lease term, or at the end of the Renewal Lease Term, or CFS may pick the Equipment up, without any further financial obligations to Customer.

  • A Purchasing Entity must notify the Contractor or Authorized Dealer, in writing, at least thirty (30) days in advance, if they wish to exercise the Buyout to Keep option on an FMV or Capital Lease.
