Capital Markets Activities definition

Capital Markets Activities means activities for which registration is required, or activities for which an exemption from registration is required under the Act or under the Commodity Futures Act, or would be so required if those activities were carried on in Ontario;
Capital Markets Activities means any activities undertaken in connection with efforts by any Person to raise for or on behalf of any other Person capital from any public or private source.
Capital Markets Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.4 hereof.
